Experts are involved in every step and every product requires craftsmanship. We love putting our expertise to work for you but contributing our thoughts and ideas is where we truly shine.

A cap is part of a unique, integrated packaging design. To achieve the best possible solution for each product, we work closely with the client and also supplier of the jar to create a design and prototype for the desired closure. Everything is designed in such a way that the product can quickly make its appearance on the market.

We supervise the engineering of the moulds in-house. This enables us to offer excellent quality in partnership with Dutch national suppliers. We don’t stop at high quality though; we also deliver on time. Our specialists guarantee this, from a strategic location in the heart of Europe.

In our new production facility, we apply the latest technologies. We work exclusively with tablets and are a pioneer in Smart Factory technology. A lot is happening, and many things are possible. Smart design

Our designs are based on minimal use of raw materials and maximum functionality. We also take into account the minimisation of production steps. By using mono-materials where possible, we promote the recyclability of our products.

With lightweight lids, we achieve weight savings of 30% without compromising on functionality. This not only saves raw materials, but also in the production cycle and energy consumption. The 2-component lid, for example, is made into a product within a single production step and a single mould. Previously, this required two moulds and two production steps.

Premium quality

Many of our caps and closures are made to protect food products. This imposes strict, essential quality requirements on both the production process and our raw materials.

We are, of course, ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000-certified, but we set the bar higher than that. We pay the utmost care and attention to the products we make, from the development phase up to and including delivery. Always with the aim of being the ideal partner for every customer imaginable.
