Kornelis Kopje Cultuur

Today is a festive day. Kornelis caps & closures has extended the sponsorship of Kopje Cultuur. Kornelis will also be the main sponsor of the cultural event for the next three years. The event will therefore once again have the name 'Kornelis Kopje Cultuur'.
Based on corporate social responsibility, Kornelis caps & closures sponsors local events in the region of Steenwijk, which are accessible to a wide audience.

“We have chosen for an event that is accessible to all residents of Steenwijk (and the surrounding area). In this way we want to indicate that we are part of the society and that we want to tribute the local population, "says general director Gerben de Boer.

Kornelis Kopje Cultuur is the cultural festival of Steenwijk and the region. The event is full of cultural activities and takes place every year on the second weekend of September (8, 9 and 10 September 2023). It is a combination of the Uitmarkt, Monumentendag and Street Theater Festival, accessible for young. Many performances can be seen in one of the many monuments in Steenwijk.
